Contract Pricing Options for Tire & Wheel Contact
Coverage includes costs associated with the repair or replacement of tires and/or wheels plus labor charges including mounting, balancing, valve stems, taxes and towing up to $100. In the event repair is not possible, we will replace the damaged tire/wheel.
How to Purchase an Extended Service Contract
Navigate to the correct term category. (Step 1)
Add desired term and options to cart; complete payment. (Step 2)
After payment, complete the E-Contract. (Step 3)

Enrollment Contracts will be reviewed for eligibility within 5 days. (Step 5)
Approved Contracts will be bound and the Copies emailed. (Step 6)
The Welcome packets will be mailed within 30 days via USPS for your records.
New motorcycle tires with a minimum of 3/32" tread depth. Coverage must be purchased at the time of tire or wheel purchase.
Tires - In the event a tire is damaged by a Covered Road Hazard (cut, snag, tear or puncture), this contract will reimburse the customer for the approved costs associated with the repair or replacement of the damaged tire. The coverage is valid through the tread life of a tire (down to 3/32") and will be replaced with a tire of like kind, not to exceed $300 per tire.
Wheels (Rims) - You will be reimbursed for the cost incurred to repair or replace wheels, up to $400 per wheel, when rendered unserviceable caused by the failure of the tire due to a road hazard.
Emergency Roadside Assistance - When towing is necessary due to a covered failure, the benefit is available for actual towing costs required up to $100. Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call Toll-Free: 1-800-270-8447.
This contract may be transferred at the time of a private party sale. A transfer fee of $50, copies of the new registered title and bill of sale must be sent within 30 days of the resale date.
This agreement may be canceled within 60 days of purchase date and no claims, for a 100% refund of the purchase price. After 60 days or if you have incurred a claim, a pro-rated refund of the unused time will be made. A $50 cancellation fee is required.
Prior authorization must be received from the administrator prior to beginning any covered repairs and/or replacements.
